At Lumo, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lumo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at contactlumonow@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Lumo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.


Damaged Items

If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactlumonow@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
