Return & Refund Policy

At Lumo, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective film and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To start a return, please contact us at contactlumonow@gmail.com. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

⚠️ Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at contactlumonow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider or bank

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, contact us at contactlumonow@gmail.com
